  My wife and I started with KM Fitness about 4 months ago and it has been a great experience. By following their Nutrition and Exercise Program we both have lost a considerable amount of weight and just feel so much better than before we started. What makes them unique is that they are able to tailor a Program to your goals and capabilities and review and adjust as time goes by. Mike and Sue are both extremely knowledgeable and make it a very positive environment. I'd highly recommend them.
